This Privacy Policy relates to the collection and use of personal data.

(hereinafter "Buunke"), a company under Belgian law, with registered office at 1800 Vilvoorde, Hondenbergstraat 52, with company number 0798.091.551, will treat all personal information that you provide us with, with the utmost care. Buunke is very committed to the trust you place in our company. Buunke is the controller of the processed personal data. Buunke processes your personal data in accordance with the applicable legal regulations and the obligations following the Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (further "GDPR").

The following types of personal data are processed:
- Personal identification details: name, title, address, email address, phone number.
- Financial identification details: bank account numbers.
- Financial transactions: amounts that the person included in the file must pay and has paid.
- Compensation: details concerning the demanded compensation, paid amounts or other forms of compensation.
- Professional activities of the person included in the file: nature of the activity, nature of the goods or services used or delivered by the person included in the file, business relationships.
- Personal details: preferred language.
- Agreements and settlements: details concerning the settlements or trade agreements, agreements concerning the representation or legal agreements, details concerning the agents.
- Permits held by the customer or supplier.
· Purposes
The personal data gathered through this website will be used for the following purposes exclusively:
- Client management: client administration, administration of deliveries, deliveries and invoicing with as legitimate basis the execution of the agreement.
- Supplier management: management of the given orders, the payment of the suppliers with as legitimate basis the execution of the agreement.
- To inform you about goods and services provided by Buunke, for direct marketing and advertising, with as legitimate basis our legitimate interest to maintain the customer relationship.
- Management of the contestations: management of the contestations, including repayment of the amounts to be claimed on the legal basis of our legitimate interest in managing this contentious issue.
- Dispute management: managing our own disputes on the basis of our legitimate interest in managing this dispute.
· Transfer to third parties
Some of the personal data we process about you may be passed on to third parties. The following
categories of recipients are concerned:
- Our IT-suppliers;
- Cloud software service suppliers;
- Accountant(s);
- Legal adviser(s);
- Public authorities;
Buunke will not transfer your personal data to other categories of recipients than those mentioned above without your prior written consent, unless we are forced to do so by applicable regulations.

Buunke processes your personal data for a period that is necessary for the purposes of the processing. In any case, your personal data will be kept in accordance with specific legislation, as well as limitation periods that oblige us to keep your personal data longer.

You can obtain a free copy of the personal data undergoing processing by Buunke.
Right to rectification
You have the right to request the rectification of inaccurate and incomplete personal data or data that are out of date.
Right to withdraw consent and erasure of personal data
You have the right to withdraw your consent (as far as this consent is the legal basis for the processing), without detracting the lawfulness of the processing on the basis of the consent before its withdrawal. You have the right to request the erasure of your personal data within the limits stipulated in article 17 GDPR.
Right to restriction of processing
You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data within the limits stipulated in article 18 GDPR.
Right to data portability
You have the right to receive the personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transmit those data to others, this within the limits stipulated in article 20 GDPR.
Right to object to processing
You have the right to object to the processing of personal data within the limits stipulated in article 21 GDPR.
Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint against the processing of personal data with the Data Protection Authority, registered at 1000 Brussels (BELGIUM), Drukpersstraat 35.

You can address your request to exercise your rights to Buunke by post to the following address: 1800 Vilvoorde, Hondenbergstraat 52 or by sending an e-mail to info@buunke.com, provided that you enclose a copy of your identity card.
· Automated decision-making
Buunke will not use automated decision-making and/or profiling.
· Security of personal data
No technological system is completely safe (immune to hackers and such) with respect to the provision of personal data. However, Buunke makes all reasonable efforts to prevent the unallowed access to / improper use of / revelation of personal data and to minimize the risks in this respect.

This Privacy Policy is subject to Belgian law.
